one-off public site design fee is payable when the site is launched.
This is variable as the site is built entirely to your requirements
and budget. As a rough guide, you can expect to pay from £500
for a new website, or from £300 for integration
of Property Valve into an existing website design. We will supply an
individual quote for your site and the price will be agreed prior to
work commencing.
A
service charge of £62.50 per branch per month
is payable for use of Property Valve's facilities. This includes:

property display, enquiry and local map facilities for your public
site (sales and lettings properties)
- Hosting on fast reliable
servers with 24/7 tech support
- Secure administration
website to manage your online portfolio and more
- Applicant Management
(with property matching, custom mailshots and emails) and Mail Merge
(to print labels and envelopes) if you would like these modules.
- Up to 10 email accounts
- Your own database
and daily data backups

fees are payable quarterly in advance. There is no minimum contract
